Certified Respiratory Therapist - Full Time - Day Shift & Night Shift
Looking to hire either a Registered Respiratory Therapist or Certified Respiratory Therapist. Please feel free to apply with either credential.

Definition/Primary Function
To work with the ICU/CCU/ED/MED/SURG personnel to provide responsive state of the art respiratory care. To work with the same personnel in the development and implementation of patient centered care. To work in a cooperative and supportive manner with Physicians, Staff, and Directors of the ICU/CCU/ED/MED/SURG Units and Respiratory Therapy to achieve that goal.

Position Qualifications

A. Experience

• Six months Staff Therapist experience preferred but not required

• Graduate of AMA approved program of Respiratory Therapy at the Certification level
• On a yearly basis meet all hospital mandatory education requirements.

• MARTL - MA Respiratory Therapist license
• NBRC-CRT-National Board Respiratory Care CRT
• CPR

• Highly effective and positive interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal
• Effective problem solving, team building skills, willingness to participate in the education process both as a student and provider of education.
• Ability to vary shift hours and days to meet schedule needs
