Job Description: |
Job Summary The Foreman will serve as a liaison between construction workers and supervisors to ensure things run smoothly at a job site. They will coordinate the tasks for the day, develop schedules for workers and oversee the quality of the project and ensure all safety rules are being followed.
Duties/Responsibilities • Ensure all safety rules are being followed. • Ensure project schedules are met and projects are completed on time. • Oversee quality of the project. • Train and mentor self-performing labor force. • Complete project documentation and all recordkeeping requirements. • Identify change orders and assist with pricing. • Draft and complete punch lists. • Ensure jobsite is clean. • Work with the overall project schedule and clients’ needs to manage personnel and subcontractors for maximum efficiency and productivity. • Manage tools and equipment for projects. • Assure proper lead-times are allowed for timely delivery and scheduling. • Assist in field personnel evaluations.
