| Job Description: |
Traffic Control Flagger-
The traffic control flagger is in charge of Controlling the traffic in Road Construction zones. Securing the work area and signal traffic to either stop, go, or proceed slowly through the construction zone. Usually two way flagging using a stop and slow sign to allow the traffic to know when they can pass work zones safely.
Job Duties:
Standing for long periods of time. 10-12 hours a day.
Exposer to outside weather conditions.
Communicating with your fellow construction site workers
Manage the flow of vehicles entering a work zone.
