We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Hyperscale Sales Director with a history of business development and active selling to the Hyperscale market segment. Qualities we are seeking include: established relationships, hunter approach, strategic negotiation skills, large deal identification and closure, partner mentality with internal groups as well as prospects and customers, familiarity in driving standard and non-standard deals. Full understanding on Hyperscale buying criteria and process.

Responsibilities



Drive profitable new sales and build strong prospect/customer relationships
Oversee the general approach to the Hyperscale market and build a program to establish incumbent status
Day to Day sales activities
Strategic deal identification and closure
Strategic negotiation skills that balance growth with appropriate margin contribution
Identify new products, services and network expansion opportunities consistent with strategic objectives, that satisfy customer needs.
Establish and maintain internal/external working relationships to support account activities and strategic objectives.
Perform all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications



4-year degree in business/marketing/engineering or related technical field or the equivalent in experience
10+ years sales experience
5+ years Hyperscale business development/sales experience
Knowledge of telecommunications competitive environment and pricing strategies, including familiarity with client base
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Excellent presentation skills
Computer proficiency
Valid driver's license

Salary



Pay range (commensurate with skills and experience): $89,528 - $135,571
