CACI is seeking a Portfolio Manager, to manage the requirements and needs of the Customer for development. You will maintain all the current and future needs in the project roadmaps. You will be responsible for all requirements from the Users and the Government Product Owner perspective. You will need to understand the structure and functionality of the application. The Portfolio Manager, is responsible for researching software systems, presenting ideas for system improvements, and conducting impact analysis for software changes. You will also work closely with Government business representatives, designers, and subject matter experts to understand functional requirements and documents findings.
As the Portfolio Manager, you will decompose requests for new capabilities via RRBs and ERBs into Features, Epics and Stories. Categorizing stories into functional, non-functional, or technical debt. You will be working with SM and product team to ensure stories are decomposed to support vertical slicing. You will prioritize the backlog with the PO on a regular basis to release to SM. You will keep at least 2 sprints worth of user stories in ready state, always meeting definition of ready. The Product Manager coordinates with SM to schedule product team release planning meetings and coordinating and preparing for sprint demo. You will verify that PO accepts (or rejects) all completed user stories, updates status in the JIRA/Confluence tools and adheres to program configuration change control standards. You will provide input into training manuals for users.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
