Job Overview
Come join the Professional Services Platform team as a OFX (Open Financial Exchange) Implementation Manager (Staff Business Operations Manager). The Intuit Financial Data Platform organization partners with financial institutions and data providers to deliver high quality connectivity solutions for Intuit products. We work in an exciting, fast moving environment supporting industry-leading integrations. As a OFX Implementation Manager, you will lead a team that will concentrate on Implementing OFX Banking & Investment connectivity changes.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of OFX PMs and QA Analysts to manage certification and configuration changes
- Design, planning and execution of simple to complex configuration changes
- Measure, monitor and report ongoing business metrics.
- Identifies, recommends and drives continuous improvement.
- Leverage AI to Implement efficiency gains and create self service tools
- Recommend and lead development of new processes and capabilities to support operational needs.
- Provides mentorship for juniors and cross functional teams, guiding them with testing processes and promoting attention to detail
- Resolve high-priority strategic problems (e.g. business growth strategy, change management, organizational redesign and ad-hoc strategic initiatives). Includes framing strategic questions, designing experimentation, leading data analysis, drawing conclusions/solutions, preparing presentations and advocating with stakeholders.
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is:
Mountain View, CA $160,000- $216,5000
This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits).Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. To drive ongoing pay equity for employees, Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender.
Qualifications
- BS in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years data integration support
- Financial Data Protocol (e.g. OFX, FDX, etc.) or XML proficiency a plus
- Proficiency with data query/log analysis tools (Splunk, Tableau, SQL, etc.)
- Familiarity with web service protocol and network connectivity
- Fluency in change management/change control best practices; ITIL certification a plus
- Strong experience with creating test plans for QA and UAT
- Strong oral, written and presentation skills; ability to communicate across all levels both internally and with data integration partners
- Ability to quickly learn complex business processes and understand the underlying transactional systems
- Excellent attention to detail and results oriented with a track record demonstrating strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize efforts and deliverables as a strong team contributor
