Meta is looking for a Program Manager to join our Supply Chain Solutions Program Management team focused on architecting and enabling solutions for the Data Center Infrastructure Supply Chain & Engineering group. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Supply Chain Operations and related IT solutions enablement as well as proven successful implementations of best-in-class processes and tools across the Supply Chain functions: Planning, Sourcing, Manufacturing, Ordering, Fulfillment, and Return. Working across multiple business verticals and functional dimensions, you will be successful by understanding Supply Chain strategies, turning them into business models and leading the implementation of processes and tools. Program Manager, Infrastructure Supply Chain Solutions Responsibilities
  • Engage with business stakeholders, by partnering with the engineering, operations leads and strategic Subject Matter Experts, to understand their strategic objectives, initiatives, pain points and needs for transforming their supply chain.
  • Self ideate opportunities to improve Meta processes and tools in relation to Product Lifecycle Management, Master Data Management, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Sourcing, Manufacturing, Order Management, Fulfillment, and Return.
  • Partner with Enterprise Products, Engineering, external partners and other groups to develop an E2E go forward solutions architecture that integrates across Meta, to address the business priorities.
  • Build consensus and alignment across different business models and stakeholders.
  • Develop, maintain and evolve a related Supply Chain roadmap that best suits business priorities while enabling the go forward architecture.
  • Establish clear metrics for Programs/Projects and drive continuous measurement and improvements.
  • Lead implementation programs, ensuring quality delivery and expected outcomes. This includes gathering business requirements, developing process flows, designing the solution, creating testing strategy/plans, defining cutover activities, launching the processes/tools, managing hypercare, and coming up with approach for change management (training, communication, etc).
  • Influence teams to prioritize transformation, efficiency and optimization programs to enable them to run their business processes.
  • Contribute to community through organizational efforts to build and sustain diversity, culture, recruitment, onboarding, mentoring, and/or development programs
Minimum Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in supply chain operations, business transformation, and program management of supply chain transformations.
  • Proven experience in identifying problem statements, building the business case, and structuring programs with clear and measurable goals and milestones
  • Experience architecting, defining, implementing, and deploying Supply Chain solutions (process/business models, tools, management of change) across one or more of the supply chain functions and across industries
  • Demonstrated partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to define and drive strategy, roadmaps, and programs.
  • Experience executing against strategy and managing through obstacles and ambiguity. Proactively identify risks/dependencies/issues and establish action plans for execution.
  • Proven experience to create and follow a structured communication strategy to keep internal and external stakeholders informed.
  • Bachelor's degree in a directly related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Business Process Management, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Experience with PMP, Six Sigma (Green or Black), DMAIC, Lean, Value Stream Mapping, or SIPOC, and applying principles to Data Center Infrastructure supply chain processes.
  • End-to-end Supply Chain solutions architecture experience, across technology stacks (custom, and/or off the shelf) and suites (ERPs, Planning, Product Lifecycle Management, Master Data Management, Source to Pay, etc)

$122,000/year to $177,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
