WORKERS WILL TRAVEL FROM THE WORKSITE ADDRESS TO COMMERCIAL AND PRIVATE PROPERTIES THROUGHOUT SCOTT, CARVER, AND HENNEPIN COUNTIES TO
PERFORM LANDSCAPING SERVICES. WORKERS WILL BE TRANSPORTED TO DAILY WORKSITE TO CLIENT PROPERTIES AND WILL BE TRANSPORTED BACK TO THE
WORKSITE AT THE END OF THE WORK DAY |

| Job Description: |
Year-round landscaping and groundskeeping duties, including, but not limited to the following: Planting trees and shrubs, applying mulch. Installation of mortarless segmental concrete masonry wall units. Digging holes, laying sod, raking, installing edging, wheelbarrowing materials. Winter groundskeeping activities including shoveling snow and other snow-removal, salt spreading, and de-icing. May drive crew vehicles, which are regular pick-up trucks.
