us onor JOB TITLE: PRODUCTION OPERATOR Location: Menasha, WI Shifts: 4
am, 6 am and 7 am start times. 8 Hour shift ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: \*
Review batch tickets - Read, understand, and follow. \* Provide samples
to lab. \* Pack product into designated containers; labeling containers.
\* Report near miss incidents and improvement opportunities. \*
Equipment cleaning, plant cleaning, waste disposal. \* Forklift
operation. \* SAP inventory look-up and SAP duties. \* Tub washer. \*
Gather and weigh ingredients. (Scale operation) \* Participate on plant
teams. \* Stock rotation / Minimization of partial containers. \*
Ingredient traceability. \* Operate and trouble shoot mixing equipment.
\* Combine ingredients in designated sequence. \* Training others. \*
SAP CORK duties and SAP Cycle count duties. \* Preliminary quality
checks. \* Operation of equipment with an inserting system. \* Wear
appropriate PPE at all times & maintain a clean work area and work
safely. \* Participate actively in all plant safety initiatives,
programs and training session. \* ISO-Follow all standard operating
procedures with respect to performance of position duties & stays
updated on all applicable procedures. REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
\* High School Diploma/GED \* Must be computer efficient. \* Must
possess basic math skills. \* Candidates must have demonstrated
experience with and knowledge of safety. \* Candidates must possess
sound verbal and written communication skills. \* Must be able to work
