Order#: NY1496046 CNC Shipping/ Receiving 2nd Shift Essential Functions: Maintain Environmental, Health and Safety standards in the workplace Operates forklift and all other material handling equipment assigned to the department Runs daily picks and coordinates with supervision and customer service to insure on time delivery to the customer Repacks bands and labels boxes as necessary as per customer requirements Completes trace for all products being shipped to external and internal customers Loads and unloads trucks as needed Works well with supervision and co-workers Works in a safe manor at all times Keep work area clean at all times Education and Training High School Diploma Forklift operator experience Minimum Qualifications Certified to drive a forklift and other material handling equipment as needed. Good verbal and written communication skills. Basic math skills Ability to work well with others Basic computer skills Physical Demands Ability to drive a forklift continuously for 8-12 hours Ability to work in tight places Ability to work outdoors for an extended period of time in extreme weather conditions Ability to lift up to 20 pounds repetitively Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally Ability to twist, bend and lift repetitively Ability to stand, crouch and climb, use ladders and perform various types of manual labor Good eye/hand coordination and good motor skills Visual (with correction) sufficient to read work orders and packing slips. and the ability to record the information either manually or in a computer Demonstrates dependability and adherence to all safety rules and regulations
