As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and capable professional to join our service delivery team as a Technician Support Coordinator.

ABOUT THE POSITION
The Technician Support Coordinator is a key position in the Company who reports directly to the Service Operations Manager. This person oversees important Company coordination functions from TMT main offices in Eden Prairie.
We are looking for a confident, highly motivated, and results-oriented person with a successful background in developing and nurturing strong relationships already well developed in the Company; has strong ability to communicate, develop technician and job schedules, work with field technicians on job instructions, and assist customers with requests for maintenance needs. The successful candidate plays a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of services provided by The Maintenance Team. This role also requires an after-hours supervisor on-call once every six weeks.
