RESPONSIBILITIES


Act as a liaison for customers, affiliates and correspondent banks to research and process account adjustments
Respond to customer and legal requests for documentation
Correct account errors and customer issues, coordinating and communicating with branch associates as needed
Assist with account verifications
Individually participates in identifying, measuring, monitoring, controlling and mitigating departmental and enterprise-wide risks
Maintain awareness of and adherence to Bank's compliance requirements and risk management concepts, expectations, policies and procedures and apply them to daily tasks
Deliver a consistent, high level of service within our Serving More standards
Other duties as assigned

SCHEDULE

Office hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. This position is hourly and full-time.

A minimum 37.5 hours is required to maintain eligibility for full-time status. Generally, the position will require 40 hours per week. An additional Saturday may be required occasionally and occasional overtime may be required.

Education
High School (required)

Experience
Associates degree in accounting recommended or equivalent banking or accounting experience (preferred)
