Job Description

The Head of Asset Management & Workplace Services is responsible for managing the short-, medium- and long-term space needs of Supernal. This role will work closely with stakeholders and business leaders to enable delivery of vehicle programs. Maintain the inspiring spaces and innovative services that bring the Supernal culture and values to life. This includes healthy and collaborative workspaces, onsite services, convenient parking options, and the facilities to build urban air vehicles.

Required Skills & Experience

* Responsibilities and Duties



- Manages the Asset Management and Workplace services team across all Supernal sites and ancillary locations.

- Execute project plans, budgets, and schedules for facility projects, including estimates on equipment, labor, materials, and other related costs.

- Oversee building space allocation and third-party construction vendors

- Enable the business to make sound investments and decisions through facility usage analytics

- Maintain day-to-day facility operations leveraging third-party vendors and internal staff

- Oversee the Environment Health & Safety Program to ensure that the laws, rules, and regulations are met to protect the health and safety of the employees and the workplace from any hazards that arise from its operations.

- Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively to large audiences via email and in person, ability to negotiate with vendors

- Other duties as assigned

- Domestic travel up to 25%



* Education/Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree preferred.

- 20+ years of experience and proven track record of operational execution (an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered) in Asset Management/Facilities and site Strategy

- 8+ years of experience leading multi-site teams

- Proven experience managing projects and communicating across a fast paced organization

- Proactive delivery of communication and follow up

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

- Must have the ability to independently prioritize and accomplish work within time constraints

- Executive presence needed to effectively interact with global investors
