We are looking for a Director of Content Custom Projects to work within consulting, product and sales where you will identify areas of improvement in customer delivery.

Experience, education, skills, and accomplishments
Bachelor's degree in life science or a related field.
10+ years of experience in content management or leadership roles, preferably in the field of Life Sciences
10+ years of experience managing or leading teams in remote environment.
Proven experience in working in a matrix environment.
Strong understanding of the Life science and healthcare landscape, including the needs and challenges faced by key players (pharmaceutical industry, researchers, etc).
Deep knowledge of the US Healthcare system and market.
Demonstrated success in defining key metrics, driving innovation, and delivering content at higher quality, on time and within budget.

What will you be doing in this role?
Liaison across LSH content teams & acrossfunctions to solve delivery needs out ofestablished data product for each product line
Understand theWhat, define theHowandwhen, onboard necessary experts andcoordinate delivery
Socialisethe expertise at LSH level
Monitor evolvingneeds from an LSH perspective
Coordinate TL and marketing relatedneeds and promote work conducted
Manage customer queries out of regular helpdesk
Instil a culture focused on execution and performance. Set clear goals, track performance metrics, and drive the teams towards achieving delivery milestones and business objectives.
Collaborate and build strong partnerships with cross-functional teams, including technology, product, marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure effective coordination and alignment.

About the team:

This role reports to the VP of Content and will be part of a global team of content, operations and data enrichment leaders. The team represents diverse subject matter expertise who collaborate across the business to deliver insight for our life science customers

Hours of Work
Regular business hours with some flexibility to attend global meetings virtually
This position can be performed hybrid near our site in Philadelphia or Nashville
