Our marketing and sales team is seeking a driven, passionate, and creative person to work with us. You should have an interest in collaboration and good teamwork skills, and you should be someone who can work towards results, think innovatively, and solve problems creatively. We also want someone who can show initiative, establish rapport quickly, and align their strategy with the business objectives. As a Marketing Manager specializing in campaigns and events, you will lead the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and events aligned with our industry strategy.

A Day in the Life
Manage the team and overall measures of success for campaigns and events
Support the marketing go-to-market strategy, including industry focus, rhythm and strategies to drive the most lead generation
Responsible for the strategy and maintenance of the campaign and events calendar, finding efficiencies between content, industries, and subject matter experts
Develop engaging experiences for our audience, managing relationships with internal teams and company experts while ensuring seamless project execution within budget.
Leverage key ISVs in marketing strategy, including management of ISV sponsorships
Oversee the creation of campaign briefs, audience and content approach with marketing specialists and subject matter experts, including: Integrated campaigns, Nurture campaigns, Events and webinars, Tradeshows and user groups, Sales Enablement Materials
Manage and oversee email and nurture journeys in D365 Marketing for each integrated campaign to support campaign goals, which includes creating emails, using suitable resources, and applying relevant marketing trends to increase engagement.
Oversee the use of our CRM system (D365 Marketing) to manage and maintain the audience lists for each campaign and industry, using Zoom Info, industry lists, tradeshow lists and other sources that are relevant.
Oversee event strategy, agendas, direction and overall theme for Virtual Events and In Person Events
Partner with Business Development and Sales to ensure clear understanding of campaign goals, events and expectations.
Manage the client win summary framework, partnering with Sales, to highlight features for each client success.
Manage the creation of the sales tools that support integrated marketing campaigns and collaborate with the relevant parties.
Collaborate with sales to develop, create, and improve the product offerings framework, using a strong knowledge of solutions and audiences to create the most suitable offerings for the business
Oversee training of marketing campaigns and offerings to sales teams
Share and analyze important indicators of engagement and metrics for achieving goals.

Preferred Qualifications
Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred or equivalent experience
6+ years in Marketing, Product Management, or Business Development
Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Cloud application products/solution experience required
Proven track record of developing and executing successful campaigns and events that generate leads and revenue
Strong knowledge of marketing best practices, tools, and channels, including marketing automation systems, D365 Marketing experience a bonus
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Proficient computer skills, including the Microsoft Office Suite (PPT, Excel, Word, One Note, Teams, etc)
Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
Ability to think strategically and creatively
Ability to analyze data and measure results
Ability to travel as needed

Work Location: This position is available on a REMOTE basis in the United States or REMOTE in Canada (Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Saskatchewan).
Travel Required: Incumbent is expected to travel a few times a year for relevant team meetings.

Compensation
Our philosophy is to provide compensation that is Competitive, Equitable, and Driven by Performance. Various factors impact our pay ranges including market conditions and national salary data. To determine competitive salaries within this range we consider candidates skills, qualifications, and experience. These are national ranges, inclusive of bonus opportunities and could represent multiple role levels.
US (USD): $98,200 - $135,700
