ESS + Chelsea Public Schools

What we do:

- ESS partnered with Chelsea Public Schools in the Spring of 2023 to manage their substitute program. We recruit, train, and manage the daily substitute teachers and paraprofessionals for the district so they don?t have to!

Positions Available:

Substitute Teacher

- Qualifications:

o Minimum of 15 College Credits

o Background Check

o Fingerprints

o Experience working with kids and/or teaching

- Pay: $150 per day

Substitute Paraprofessional (Teacher Assistant)

- Qualifications:

o High School Diploma or GED

o Background Check

o Fingerprints

o Experience working with children

- Pay:

o HS Diploma/GED: $120.64 per day

o Associates degree: $128.83 per day

o Bachelor?s Degree: $143.72 per day
