Position: HVAC Maintenance Technician
The HVAC Maintenance Technician inspects HVAC systems to make sure they are in proper working condition. They will test for function and efficiency when called to a customer’s home. They are integral and adapt to a steady demand based on call volume and business need.
Service Technician Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and make repairs
- Respond to all inquiries
- Maintain Customer Service relationship from start to job completion
- Sell and upgrade HVAC equipment and comfort systems
- Be knowledgeable on basic home equipment for cross-selling
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years HVAC Service Experience
- Proficient in building long term customer relationships
- Skilled in Verbal and Written communication
- Overcome objections with ability to validate customers while gaining business
