Job summary:
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will play a crucial role in providing direct care and support to our residents under the supervision of licensed nurses. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Monitoring residents' vital signs and reporting any changes to the nursing staff.
- Assisting with mobility and transfers, using proper lifting and safety techniques.
- Providing emotional support and companionship to residents.
- Assisting with meal preparation and feeding.
- Helping to maintain a clean and organized environment for residents.
- Documenting residents' care and observations accurately and timely.
- Provides support to Basic Care Aide (BCA) while the BCA works along side of CNA.
JOB SCHEUDLE/LOCATION(S):
- Hallock, MN
- Full-time or Part-time or Flex
- Shifts morning 6:00am-2:30pm, evening 2:00pm-10:00pm, and 10:00pm-6:30am
- Every other weekend and every other holiday availability
- Nursing Home/Long-term care and Hospital setting
