Adult Group Therapies Supervisor - $6,000 Retention Bonus!!

$6,000 Retention Bonus!!
This position is eligible for a $3,000 retention bonus (An initial payment of $1,500 will be made after completing 6 months of employment with Canvas health, with the remaining amount to be paid after 12 months of employment.)
Salary Range
$73,427.73 - $85,021.58/annually
The expected compensation range for this position represents a good faith estimate for this position and the specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, experience, and/or FTE.

Position Summary
This position provides program management and development as well as clinical and program supervision to the Adult Group Therapies Program for adults. These programs offer mental health Adult Day Treatment and Group Therapy interventions. This position is responsible for establishing and adhering to agency and program procedures surrounding the provision of Day Treatment and adult group therapy. This position needs to have a collaborative style, networking and marketing of services to our county, hospital and community partners is necessary. This position works with the other program supervisors and division director to establish a continuum of treatment services.

Oakdale, MN (On-site)
Schedule
Forty (40) hours per week, Monday through Friday
Minimum Qualifications
Possess a master's degree in social work (MSW) or master's degree in a human service field.
Possess a current and valid Minnesota State Licensure with focus in clinical practice from The Minnesota Board of Behavioral Health and Therapy (e.g. LP, LICSW, LMFT)
Licensure currently has eligibility or is eligible to become a credentialed provider with insurance entities.
Five (5) or more years of experience providing direct clinical services in a variety of treatment settings.
Clinical supervision and program development experience
Experienced and proficient in treating SPMI/SMI adults.
Preferred Qualifications
DBT Training and/or Certification
Experience working with and/or delivering services to diverse populations.
Two (2) or more years of supervisory or program management experience
Familiar with Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services and Supported Employment
Experience with Electronic Health Record systems
