Commercial Construction Project Manager - Marchuska Brothers Construction is looking for a Construction Project Manger <P> Full-time 40-hour work week, with normal work hours of 8:00-5:00 M-F, however this could vary depending on project needs. <P> Benefits package including medical, dental, and retirement. <LI> Pay is based on experience. <P> Daily duties include, but are not limited to: <LI> Read and fully understand contract documents. (Job specifications, blueprints, and subcontractor agreements) <LI> Act as liaison between on-site personnel, owner representatives, and architect <LI> Schedule and coordinate project activities <LI> Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Projects, Excel, and PM program Raken <LI> Perform site visits/meetings <LI> Prepare and process submittals <LI> Prepare and submit warranty information and project close-out documents <LI> Prepare change orders <LI> Monitor job costing <LI> Monitor safety on project sites <LI> Monitor workmanship and quality control <P> Benefits - <LI> Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Paid Time Off (PTO), Retirement Plan. <P> Apply - <LI> Please send resumes to Justin at justin.marchuska@marchuskabrothers.com <P> Bonus - MBC also offers a retention sign on bonus; $500 after 3 months on the job and an additional $500 after completing 6 months with the company.
