Lincoln Manufacturing, Inc. is a leading manufacturer of couplings &

 pipe threading for the oil & gas industry.

Lincoln Manufacturing is currently seeking candidates to fill the position of Quality Control Inspector, at our Strasburg, OH location, to inspect API and Customer Specific threads in a safe, efficient manner that produces a quality product that contributes to targeted profit level of Lincoln Manufacturing, LLC. Quality experience a plus, but not required. We will train in industry specific processes and requirements.

Responsibilities/Duties

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned.

• Wear safety equipment at all times during working hours
• Inspect API products and/or Customer specific
• Setup gages to ensure compliance with required specifications
• Efficiently meet daily production requirements.
• Complete First and/or Last article Inspections
• Maintain all LMI tooling in good working conditions. (Machine, Plug Gauges, or other Quality tools)
• Verify received pallets at the workstation are identified
• Notify the Supervisor of any problem (Safety, Quality, Production or Maintenance)
• Show up to work on time on a daily basis
• Maintain workstation clean and organized
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. with both hands from floor to waist (20-110 parts per hour)
• Passing the color contrast and Jaeger II vision tests

Details: This is a full-time, hourly/non-exempt position. Workdays are Monday through Saturday, day shift.

Qualifications:.  Must be at least 18 years old.  Must be physically able to do medium lifting up to 50 lbs. Must have attention-to-detail and be focused. Quality experience is a plus but not required--company will train.
