The Home Infusion Manager oversees a team of pharmacists, technicians and non-clinical positions who provide infusion services to patients in their home. This role is responsible to manage daily operations and ensure the department is in full compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and accreditation standards governing the practice of pharmacy within the states serviced. This role is also responsible to assure 340B compliance as a contracted pharmacy and USP 797/800 compliance within cleanroom operations. This role requires oversight and maintenance of the home infusion quality improvement plan. Last, this role is to plan, communicate, motivate, and monitor operational and financial performance of home infusion pharmacy services to achieve desired outcomes.

The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
