ABOUT THIS POSITION
The Social Media Operations Manager is responsible for day-to-day operational management of Inspire's US social media channels, developing the social media moderation strategy and reporting on social media KPIs. Additionally, this role must be able to emphatically communicate to prospective and current Inspire patients while following the guidelines of a highly regulated industry.
OPPORTUNITIES YOU WILL HAVE IN THIS ROLE
Day to day management of external social media moderation vendor
Leverage social media to identify and acquire future Inspire patients
Track, measure and audit social media KPIs
Follow FDA and Inspire Medical Systems Quality Guidelines when managing patient comments & complaints
Maintain an online relationship between Inspire Medical Systems and prospective / current Inspire patients
Develop and maintain training, an asset library and moderation policies for external social media vendor
Use Sprinklr for social moderation, moderation management, escalations, and social listening
WHAT YOU CAN BRING TO OUR GREAT TEAM

Required:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
5+ years of proven experience as a social media manager / moderator
1-3 years managing social listening queries, topics and themes
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent sales and customer service skills
Vendor management experience and/or strong organizational skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to navigate ambiguity, change, and uncertainty to deliver results with cross-functional teams in a positive manner
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Proficient with Sprinklr or other applicable social media management tool
