Sous Chef

Sous Chef Duties Duties:
- Work closely with the Executive Chef.
- Demonstrate creative and advanced food preparation for all menu items.
- May oversee all kitchen operations and supervise staff.
- Use advanced  kitchen equipment.
- Ensure facility is clean and organized.
- Maintain operation's food safety and sanitation procedures..
- Participate in other task assignments.
- Be able to lift, carry, push/pull 25+ lbs.

Qualifications:
- Food safety certification or equivalent knowledge.
- Allergen certification is a plus.
