Platform Services Lead
Cognizant Digital Engineering practice is looking to hire a Platform Services Lead with solid experience working in close coordination with App Dev and Factory teams to streamline migration activities, monitoring the workflow, and addressing issues and concerns, resolving them promptly and efficiently. Someone who coordinates for Access and Role enablement, ensuring schedule adherence for PCF migration activity milestones.

Location: Mason, OH (Hybrid)
Day-To-Day Responsibilities:
* Analyze technical and functional requirements.
* Coordinating with Business, Subject matter expert and other Cross Commit application teams to understand the requirements and share the impact if it exists.
* Constant communication with project team and track the project progress.
* Design and implements for Real time Provider application.
* Identify process bottlenecks and provide the perfect solution for smooth execution.
* Tracking project deliverables using JIRA.
* Perform the deployment of applications to the Dev/SIT/UAT UNIX/Database server.
* Resolve Bitbucket Merge Conflicts.
* Review and fix SIT/UAT/PROD issues.
Support deployment of applications to the production UNIX/Database.
* Provide Maintenance and production support.
* Create and execute Junit Test cases for Business requirements.
* Coordinating with business to implement Automated standalone Java application to generate the required report.
* Conducting code reviews within the team making sure that the enterprise coding standards are followed.
* Identifying the best practices to be followed and submitting the same information at the enterprise level to have them published as enterprise standards.
Key Qualifications:
* Extensive knowledge in following Facets Modules - Provider, Group, Membership, Claims and Utility Management.
* Proficient in building Enterprise application using Java /J2EE, with a strong understanding of Enterprise application framework to create robust enterprise applications.
* Expertise in Spring Boot, JPA and Restful Services.
* Excellent troubleshooting skills in analyzing code and provide well-researched and responsive solutions.
* Version control management using GIT, SVN.
* Developed projects and products using Agile Methodology, SDLC (Software development life cycle), from initiation, planning, designing, execution, implementation, and Support/Maintenance.
* Good understanding of middleware concepts like Connection pooling, Transactions, Security.
* Expertise in Hibernate and JPA.
* Code quality scans through SonarQube.
* Excellent proven skills in analyzing, debugging and problem solving.
* Experience in RDBMS technologies like Oracle and MySQL using Functions, Triggers, and Stored Procedures and involved in the activity of complex queries.
