Are you a Laboratory Professional seeking to make a career move into a positive, happy, fun and autonomous work environment? If this is you, come join the Laboratory Services Team at Infinite Health Collaborative (i-Health). We are a Clinical Testing Lab that services our independent Physician Clinics throughout the Twin Cities. Our patient demographics are outpatients. Therefore, our Laboratory Operation hours do not include weekends, second and third shifts or holidays. We are a for-profit Laboratory Services division of i-Health, our salaries and employee incentives are very competitive. We are looking for talented Laboratorians who want to deliver the best quality patient care in a clinical lab setting, where the focus is teamwork and our patients that we serve.
This is a full-time position working Monday through Thursday from 9:30 am - 6:00 pm and Friday from 10:30 am - 7 pm out of the i-Health Lab in Bloomington.
i-Health Lab is an operating division of Infinite Health Collaborative (i-Health), a group of local medical practices, owned and led by its physicians, on a mission to give patients more control over their healthcare. Essential Functions:
Accessioning and processing of patient samples.
Prepare patient samples for send out.
Provide professional and positive customer service to clients.
Demonstrate laboratory troubleshooting skills and critical thinking.
Utilize lean concepts to determine operational workflows.
Supply management.
Experience in CAP, CLIA, OSHA, and HIPAA guidelines.
Assist in the development of a Quality Management System, including writing policies and procedures.
Establish professional relationships with vendors, clinical staff, clients and key stakeholders.
Must be able to work well independently and in a team setting.
All other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience Requirements:
High School diploma. Preferred Associated Degree.
3 years in a clinical setting preferred. Prefer 5 years in a high complex testing laboratory.

Ability to:
Comply with company policies, procedures, practices and business ethics guidelines.
Complete job required training.
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, (e.g. HIPAA, Stark, OSHA, employment laws, etc.)
Demonstrate prompt and reliable attendance
Work in the clinic, office or surgery center during business hours
Travel independently throughout the clinic, office or surgery center (which may include movement from floor to floor); frequent bending, lifting, standing, stooping or sitting for long periods of time may be required
Work at an efficient and productive pace, handle interruptions appropriately and meet deadlines
Communicate and interact in a respectful and professional manner
Prioritize workload while being flexible to meet the expectations of the daily operations
Apply principles of logical thinking to define problems, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
Understand and execute a variety of instructions
Effectively operate equipment and communicate on and operate the phone system
Work independently with minimal supervision
Travel to other work locations, if required
