Job Description

An employer of Insight Global's in the Tempe, AZ area is looking for a Customer Care Representative to sit remotely. They will be responsible for working through an intake queue to perform data entry for faxed in prior authorization requests, as well as making outbound calls for any missing information. It is important that this individual has strong data entry skills and strong attention to detail. Insight Global is looking for Customer Care Reps with great customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people. This position will always remain a remote opportunity supporting the following states: Kentucky and Maine.

Must be flexible as the schedule may vary between a 5-day work week Monday -- Sunday.



Training: first 3 - 4 weeks

Regular Shift: Monday -- Sunday (with 2 days off); shift will range between 8am and 9pm EST. We are likely filling the 1230p-9p EST shift



Must be comfortable working over time



*All equipment will be provided from the client and sent directly to the home

Required Skills & Experience

-1-3+ years of experience in a customer service representative role either in on-site retail or remote call center role

-1-2+ years' experience working with pharmacy/healthcare related phone calls

- Strong data entry/ typing experience

-Must have stable WiFi

-Proven customer service skills in previous experiences
