Position Overview
This is a skilled position requiring the individual to effectively take
material orders from customers. This position requires speaking with customer
on the phone. Making good customer relations skills and requires a basic
knowledge of the construction industry.
Wage Range: $17 to $20 dependent on experience
Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Functions)
Receive incoming customer calls. Take verbal aggregate orders over the
telephone.
Handle all calls and other forms of communication in a courteous,
professional and helpful manner.
Input the orders into the JWS/Apex program.
Ensure proper customer information and materials are entered correctly.
