We currently have an opening for a Master Welder. Lays out, fits, and welds fabricated, cast and forged components to assemble structural forms such as machinery frames.
This is a full time, first shift position with excellent benefits and a pay range of $22.31 - 24.31 per hour.

Our Jefferson, Iowa facility has been in operation and supporting our local community since 1954.
- Must be able to set up and adjust the welding machine to give proper penetration of weld and to make welds with structural integrity, good appearance, and which adhere to specifications.

- Lays out, positions, aligns, and fits components together.

- Bolts, clamps, and tack welds parts to secure in position for welding.
|
- Sets up equipment (jigs and fixtures) and welds parts.
|
- Repairs or reworks products as directed.
|
- Responsible for the day-to-day care and maintenance of the welding machine.
|
- Must be able to report accurately labor performed via scanning and/or written reports.
|
- Follow all safety rules and regulations, and wear appropriate PPE at all times.
|
- Complete other duties assigned by the supervisor.
