Senior Production Analyzer
Provide quality engineering support services including data analysis, tracking of nonconforming material, and interfacing with production support teams.
Core Responsibilities:
1. Performs analysis on product which has failed production testing or is returned by the customer.
2. Identifies and documents cause of failures through technical analysis
3. Investigate production quality problems and their cause.
4. Provide technical assistance to QC Inspectors.
5. Analyze and determine the cause of outgoing Q.C. defects.
6. Perform special product failure investigation (customer returns, etc.)
7. Assist Q.C. Engineering in trouble-shooting design and process related problems.
8. Assist in the analysis of product validation (PV) and pilot production run failures.
9. Work with Quality Assurance to resolve supplier test correlation issues.
10. Maintain and issue work instructions, PCA’s and quality alerts.
11. Perform/report on the results of production process audits.
12. Interface with customer representatives.
13. Specify appropriate repairs and/or production process solutions.
14. Identifies root cause and recommends/implements corrective actions.
15. Provide feedback to production and/or engineering regarding the nature and cause of failures.
16. Provide both temporary and permanent problem solutions.
17. Assist with training other production technicians and test personnel to learn procedures and/or resolve problems.
18. Participate in a team problem solving activity.
19. Identification and resolution of issues affecting product yield
20. Tracking and resolution of nonconforming material (QN) / interface with Supplier Quality representatives
21. Engineering special projects
Additional Functions:
1. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish assigned goals.
2. Performs all work in accordance with established safety procedures.
3. Serve as a mentor for the less experienced team members.
4. Ensure that all issues concerning Quality and Downtime are properly escalated.
5. Ensure that a detailed pass-down is given to the next shift.
6. Research product and part specifications
7. Ad-hoc database query design for production and test data
8. Identification of root cause for module nonconformance to specification
Basic Requirements:
1. Associate Degree in Electronics or equivalent combination of formal education, training and experience.
2. 7 years of relevant experience.
3. Strong understanding of electronics

PHYSICAL AND MENTAL DEMANDS Potentially high stress environment. Able to lift 28 pounds unassisted, Must be able to stand for periods up to 12 hrs. Must be able to Push, Pull (racks), Reach, Twist, Turn, Stoop, Walk, Stand for 12 hours
