Child Nutrition Assistants (Food Services): High School Student Internships
Part-Time Internship - one year only during the current school year

Anoka-Hennepin is currently looking for high school students who are interested in working part-time
(under 6 hours a day) for food services over the lunch period on student contact days.

May include a rotation of any or all of the following duties:
Prepare, cook and serve foods. This may include baking, main dish, salad and grill.
Clean and sanitize food preparation areas, dish room, utensils, equipment and machines.
Inventory, storage and some stocking duties.

Minimum Qualifications: Must be at least 16 years of age. Must be able to perform job duties independently. Must be able to lift a minimum of 25 pounds. Ability to maintain regular attendance. Must be physically working in the building.
Must be enrolled in one of the following:
An Anoka-Hennepin Work-Based Learning Program with a focus in the food service industry;
An Anoka-Hennepin student participating in PSEO;
A homeschooled student in the Anoka-Hennepin School District.

Students working to receive credit must be enrolled in the Work-Based Learning Program.

Rate of Pay: $17.00/ hour. Not eligibble for insurance benefits.
