Job Description
Summary:
The Mobile Technician will be responsible for completing repairs on engines and chassis products in the field.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Complete repairs on engines and chassis products in the field
Develop rich customer relations and ensure prompt and efficient attention to customer demands
Comply with customer onsite policies and procedures to complete repairs including preparing required parts and tools
Assist with required documentation, such as work completed, warranty claims and parts orders
Complete training for business requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
Technician experience, qualified to perform work on most or all of products in-scope for a technician at this dealer
Complex diagnosis and repair
Work with minimal to no supervision
Effectively train and guide less experienced technicians
Effective customer service skills, self-motivated, responsible with strong work ethic
Locally valid driver licenses
CDL preferred but not required
Must be a minimum 21 years of age
