Your Role and Responsibilities
Our IBM value proposition for Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) partners: Accelerate your business growth and innovate with IBM. Partner with us to elevate your solutions with IBM hybrid cloud and AI technology. Expand into new markets by making the most of IBM’s global reach, network of large enterprises and established go-to-market tools and strategies that can help amplify your sales.
The Ecosystem Solution Marketing Manager for Build will be responsible for the activation and engagement of partners that embed and build commercial solutions with IBM technology – with focus on AI: create the Marketing Business Plan, develop messaging and storyline personalized for ISVs and companies embedding IBM tech, create content and assets relevant for each journey step, develop the value proposition, topics, research and identify the right audience, gain competitive insights.

- Increased number of new partners leads
- Increased number of transacting partners
- Contributing to business results and revenue achievement and growth yty
Ecosystem Solution Marketing Manager:
- Understands ecosystem and partnership models: mainly ISVs and Technology Partners (OEMs), to engage and go to market with this type of companies.
- Knows how to position AI for different audiences and roles groups (eg: startups, SW development companies that build and sell commercial solutions).
- Creates a compelling and personalized storyline about the benefits of AI/ IBM Technology to convince companies to adopt and embed.
- Innovates in approaching different tactics to target potential ISVs in embedding and building with IBM’s technology and become advocates of IBM.
- Manages Ecosystem’s global growth, scaling what’s working, doubling down where growth exists, and experimenting with new concepts where growth is slow.
This is a hybrid role, attendance to the office will be required only 3 times peer week.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Proven experience in product marketing, product management, or related roles, preferably in the technology industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful product marketing plans.
- Applies program & project management.
- Applies creative thinking and innovation.
- Collaborates and builds relationships in a matrix environment.
- Ability to own a project, or multiple projects simultaneously and independently, from conception to execution and ability to meet deadlines.
- Comfortable working in a cross-functional global organization with teammates residing in other time zones.
- Fluent in English.
