JOB REQUIREMENTS: Discover. Achieve. Succeed. #BeHere Location:
US:WI:MENOMONEE FALLS at our WOODLAND PRIME 400 facility. This job is
ON - SITE. FTE: 0.001000 Shift: Shift 4 Optional Part Time: One shift is
required every two weeks and one holiday requirement per year. Job
Summary: This position will enhance the efficient placement of patients
to maximize census potential as well as coordinate with physicians and
nursing to place patients safely and appropriately by establishing
placement priorities together. This individual is a resource and liaison
between all key stakeholders (Physicians, Nursing, Admitting) involved
in patient placement. Communication with the Inpatient Nurse Managers
and Administrative Representatives regarding the census and patient
placement strategies are essential. Collaborates with all operational
staff to ensure safe, timely and efficient patient flow. This individual
must be able to apply leadership principles and customer service
standards in their daily practice. They also must be able to employ
problem solving and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment.
Often must actively participate in difficult or critical situations.
Other duties as assigned. EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION: A minimum of 4 years
of nursing experience with at least 3 years is in acute care nursing is
required. Previous critical care or ED experienced as a RN is preferred.
EDUCATION DESCRIPTION: Bachelors in Nursing is required. In lieu of
Bachelor\'s degree, either an additional 3 years of experience or active
enrollment in a Bachelors program with a defined end date is required.
SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION: Has strong verbal communication skills and
is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Communicates
effectively in all areas of practice and to a variety of staff. Assesses
his/her own communication skills during encounters with patients,
families, physicians and staff. From these assessments seeks continuous
improvement in communication and conflict resolution skills. LICENSURE
DESCRIPTION: Requires current state of Wisconsin Registered Nurse
License or a Multi-state Nursing License from a participating state in
