Description About the role: As an Implementation Conversion Analyst,
you\'ll become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in D1 Mobile digital
product, collaborating with project management, technical, and data
conversion teams to implement, troubleshoot, and provide custom
configurations for digital banking solutions to commercial and consumer
banks. You\'ll engage directly with clients, guide them through the
implementation and post-implementation configuration processes, and
manage multiple project timelines to ensure successful product
implementations. About the team: The D1 Mobile team is comprised of
experts in project management, technical configuration, and data
conversion, who work collaboratively to deliver customized online and
mobile banking solutions to commercial and consumer banks, emphasizing
innovation, client-specific customization, and seamless implementation.
What you will be doing: Updating JSON & XML files Work with project
management and data conversion teams on implementations Interface
frequently with service delivery teams for troubleshooting and client
support Guide clients through the implementation process, help
understand configurations, and assist with custom configurations
post-implementation Monitor client requests for custom configurations
and manage project timelines, ensuring timely delivery Participate in
client meetings, team meetings, and specific discussions regarding
project add-ons Prepare for and manage tasks during the implementation
windows, ensuring all client work for the weekly window has been
