Role Requirements 

• Coach, lead, and mentor your team
• Ensure proper training of all team members
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to address customer inquiries and concerns
• Well-organized with attention to detail
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle changing priorities
• Competence in administrative tasks, including record keeping and documentation
• Capacity to identify and resolve day-to-day operational challenges
• Understanding of inventory management principles and the ability to assist in stock control
• Proactive approach to tasks and a willingness to take on additional responsibilities as required
• Flexibility in work hours to accommodate the needs of the store, willingness to work evenings and weekends
