BCI seeks a dedicated and passionate Healthcare Security Manager to serve as an integral part of the security and care delivery team for a leading healthcare provider.

Security Basics: Ability to learn, retain and perform basic healthcare security functions;

Core Responsibilities Include:
Directly supervise Security Supervisors and Officers at assigned locations
Preparing the schedule that will ensure proper security is maintained at the location
Prepare, develop, and communicate post orders to be executed with security management effectively
Act as the principal site liaison
Liaising with the customer in-house Security Administrator or equivalent Facilities/Operations execution
Oversee training of all new Security Supervisors and Officers at assigned locations
Ensuring that performance levels are maintained in accordance with this Agreement
Preparing, updating, and implementing the annual hospital and/or Region/Area security assessment and security management plan consistent with the program goals and Customer requirements and State Laws
Dealing effectively with BCI personnel issues
Ensuring that all property removal is conducted within appropriate policy requirements and in accord with client standards
