Centrally located off I-494 and adjacent to Centennial Lakes Business Park, Residence Inn Minneapolis Edina is attached to the Indoor Edinborough Park, which features an Olympic-sized pool and track. The hotel features interior corridors, 133 two-room suites with fully equipped kitchens, and complimentary breakfast daily.<br>

<b>JOB DESCRIPTION</b>

<br> <ul> <li>Be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts. </li> <li>Ensures the overall quality of the cleaning of guest rooms, corridors, and service areas based on hotel, Shaner, and Franchise objectives.</li> <li>Ensures all house and safety rules, housekeeping procedures, and security procedures are followed.</li> <li>Handle guest complaints ensuring guest satisfaction. </li> <li>Maintains standards of quality and cleanliness throughout daily assignments. </li> <li>Complete additional deep cleaning / seasonal cleaning functions as scheduled.</li> <li>Performs housekeeping, laundry, and/or houseperson functions whenever necessary.</li> <li>Other duties as assigned.</li> </ul> <br> <strong>Responsibilities</strong> <br> <br> Supervise, train, and inspect the performance of assigned Guest Room Attendants and Housepersons, ensuring that all procedures are completed to the hotel's standards. Assist where necessary to ensure optimum service to guests. <br> <br> <strong>Qualifications</strong> <br>
<ul> <li>Minimum one year cleaning experience; previous hotel experience preferred.</li> <li>Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers to their understanding. </li> <li>Knowledge of proper chemical handling.</li> <li>Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.</li> <li>Knowledge of local activities and attractions appropriate for clientele.</li> </ul>
