Responsibilities
* Repairs/work orders including drywall, painting, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and/or HVAC
* Turnovers/make-readies
* Unit renovations
* Preventative maintenance
* On-call emergency maintenance
* Other duties as identified to help Birgo improve lives through real estate
Requirements
* Eligible to work in the United States
* Valid driver's license
* Personal and reliable mode of transportation
* Lift and carry 50 pounds without assistance
* Safely utilize power tools
* Work in confined spaces; ascend and descend ladders and staircases
