Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Product Manager in Aspera you will.
- Own a specific product area within the Aspera Product Portfolio.
- Work with customers to define product functionality for MVPs and ultimately to maximize customer adoption and business value with the product.
- Work with UI/UX design process assuring all functionality developed is easy to use and clearly articulates its value to customers.
- Use a combination of customer data and market research to prioritize new functionality into a roadmap that balances functionality, improvements and technical debt.
- Develop and maintain a current understanding of industry and technology trends. Finding first adopters and initial customers and partners.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- 6+ Years as a Product Manager, preferably in a technical environment.
- Strong technical background, with experience in software development and knowledge of software development lifecycle.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Passion for building products that solve customer problems and deliver high-quality user experiences
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience in practicing Design Thinking principles
- Adept at conducting thorough Market Research
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Demonstrates an Entrepreneurial mindset
- Previous experiience in formulating Go-to-market (GTM) strategy
- Previous experience in Business analytics, or other related work
