Job Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
Responsible for assisting in the planning and execution of a comprehensive Workforce Readiness program for a designated Club, with an emphasis on middle school and high school programming.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Create an environment that facilitates the achievement of positive youth development:
a. promote and encourage program participation
b. will use positive youth development techniques
c. provide guidance and role modeling to members
d. participate in programs interacting with youth
2. Serve as an adult mentor to all Club youth.
3. Serve as a career mentor to Club youth, providing individual and small group support to prepare them for employment and career development opportunities.
4. Work closely with Club leadership to ensure success of the Club’s workforce readiness programs.
5. Assist with member recruitment initiatives to increase participation in the Club’s workforce readiness programs.
6. Facilitate small-group programs/activities for middle school and high school members.
7. Provide individual guidance to members about post-secondary education and career opportunities.
8. Develop and maintain strong community partnerships.
9. Plan and coordinate off-site workforce readiness experiences for participants at a variety of workplaces.
10. Assist in the planning and coordination of workforce readiness community events.
11. Assist with establishing program objectives and ensure programs meet or exceed all expected outlined deliverables.
12. Conduct daily pre/post operation safety inspection of program area.
13. Participate in all grant trainings and reports to ensure full program compliance.
14. Participate in all required and recommended Club trainings and staff meetings.
15. Actively collaborate, provide support and resources to Club team.
