BS. in a technical discipline or equivalent experience 5+ years of
building features for a software product or program is a must Strong
product, technology, and customer focus Passionate about user experience
(UX) Strong communication, organization, and management skills Excellent
people skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams Experience
in software development processes and Agile Experience in collaboration
