Associates Degree or higher in Computer Science or Information Technology.
o Minimum of 5 years’ experience in information technology that includes: network and server design,
Development, Test and Evaluation, Network Protocols, LAN administration fundamentals, and
Windows based operating system.
o Demonstrated knowledge and experience in Network implementation.
o Shall have the required certifications needed to support the ARAVI network, or hold a
vendor/platform specific certification (e.g., Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer (MCSD),
Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), CISCO Certified Network Professional (CCNP), and/or
Oracle Certified Professional (OCP), or other equivalent certification.
o Demonstrated knowledge in general maintenance of computer hardware, Windows 10, McAfee
Antivirus, Microsoft Server 2012, and Microsoft Office Suite.
o English language ability equivalent to the Foreign Service Institute Level R/2, S/1; Spanish language
ability equivalent to the Foreign Service Institute Level R/3, S/3 is required. Strong written English
skills are preferred.
o Knowledge of Colombian safety standards and procedures required.
