JOB REQUIREMENTS: Responsible to the Director of Finance for preparation
of information for the computerized general ledger system; obtain and
analyze required information, maintain subsidiary ledgers and
reconciliations, prepare reports, budgets and budget comparisons, and
maintain backup information. Community Action Inc, of Rock & Walworth
Counties is a multi-level funding sourced organization. This individual
will regularly work with various federal and state funding sources.
Major responsibilities include allocating expenses, reconciling accounts
and preparing reports for management and funding sources. The individual
will exercise independent judgment, discretion and initiative in daily
work activities while adhering to and supporting agency policies and
procedures. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES CORE VALUES:

is on time and prepared for meeting with participants and stakeholders
internal and external to the organization PROGRAM OPERATIONS: Integrate
and coordinate the assigned duties of the accounting cycle (A/P, A/R,
journal entries, payroll, cash receipts, etc.) with other agency staff
resulting in timely and accurate financial reports. Obtain and analyze
required information. Develop and coordinate work procedures to attain
the desired results applying generally accepted accounting principals
