****VETERANS ARE ENCOURAGED TO APPLY*** JOB SUMMARY: As the Outside Sales Manager, you will not only carry out the duties of a solar consultant but will also lead a team of consultants and oversee the support and services provided to clients. Your duties will include developing strategic plans, team coaching, setting expectations and ensuring all consultants are meeting (and exceeding) monthly sales targets. RESPONSIBILITIES: -Signing up new clients for solar installation -Preparing and reviewing designs for the customer solar installation. -Providing customers with quotes and explaining the applicable incentives available -Guiding customers through loan applications -Generating leads -Drive Sales Team to exceed their quota monthly -Reach and exceed team monthly/quarterly/annual goals -Aid in the recruitment, hiring, and training of staff. -Analyze data and market trends to identify areas/opportunities for improvement and create value propositions. QUALIFICATIONS: -At least (3) three years of prior sales consultant/direct sales experience. -Bilingual (Spanish) is preferred. -Valid Driver's License is required -Managerial experience is required. -In-depth knowledge of solar equipment and installations. -Excellent interpersonal skills and friendly disposition. -Ability to relate technical information in easy-to-understand terms.
