About the Job



Clinical Research Study Coordination and Data Management
Work closely with the Research faculty and staff in Dermatology to support the adult and pediatric Dermatology clinical research studies as assigned.
Duties to include:
Participate in the design, implementation and evaluation of clinical research projects.
Ensure ongoing projects are completed and lead to publications.
Work includes participant recruitment, enrollment, study visits and data collection in accordance with the protocol and good clinical practice guidelines.
Enter study data and subject data into OnCore and RedCap database.
Clinic Visits
Attend as needed Dermatology clinic visits and work closely with the research faculty to support their protocols.
Regulatory management
Duties to include:
Assist in preparing regulatory submissions to the IRB for initial submission and continuing reviews.
Work with IRB specialist to respond to stipulations in a timely manner.
Writing and publication support
Assist in the development of abstract and manuscripts for publication and presentations at National conferences.
Other duties as assigned
Participate and attend clinical research team meetings for both adult and pediatric divisions.

Qualifications



Required qualifications:
Applicant should have excellent organizational skills, telephone and customer service skills.
Must be able to work well independently and with a team.
Demonstrated effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to self-start and prioritize tasks.
Organized and detail-oriented.
Responsible and dependable.
Able to work well with a supervisor as well as alone.
Preferred qualifications:
Proficiency in working with databases.
One year previous experience working in research.
Ability to learn quickly, solve problems efficiently, careful, resourceful and self-sufficient.
