self-motivated individual to fill the role of Crew Chief/Operations Manager.
Our rapidly growing team is in need of leaders to help successfully launch
and support our growing network of clients. As Crew Chief/Operations
Manager you will be ask to perform duties, operate machinery and oversee a
variety of projects spread out across our regions which include Colorado
Springs, Pueblo and the Western Slope/I-70 corridor (with a primary
focus on Colorado Springs/Pueblo). This franchisee is backed by a family
office that has been investing in Colorado Springs since 2020 and the Crew
Chief/Director of Operations role will have the ability to grow within the

Projected 40 plus hours per week (beginning March through November,
weather permitting.) The winter months do not allow for painting and asphalt
restoration. Initial pay structure will be hourly (based on workload with
