Seeking an organized, intuitive Business Office Manager who thrives on knowing that staff and residents at Augustana Apartments of Minneapolis depend on your expertise! In this role, you will focus on bookkeeping and office administrative tasks to complete Accounts Payable, monthly rental billing and bi-weekly payroll while sharing our passion to bring happiness to the residents whom we serve. 

Business Office Manager Responsibilities:

  1. Complete monthly rental billing and bi-weekly payroll.
  2. Supervise front desk reception area/ staff.
  3. Update resident rosters. 
  4. Complete office supply orders.
  5. Complete Accounts Payable.
  6. Respond to family inquiries regarding monthly statements.
  7. Perform additional tasks as requested.
Business Office Manager Skills and Requirements:
  1. 3+ years of recent administrative experience in a business office setting preferred.
  2. Prior Bookkeeping or financial experience required.
  3. Experience working in a healthcare setting a plus.
  4. Familiarity with MS Word, Excel and Publisher.
  5. Strong communication and organizational skills.
