We are seeking caring and compassionate individuals to join our new community-based day programs, located in Worcester and Marlborough. Job coach direct care staff will role model and assist participants to develop skills and other self-advocacy strategies and build supportive relationships and community connections. Acting as a side-by-side job coach, staff will support individuals professionally at community locations, including job sites.

Employees may work at the Marlborough, MA site OR the Worcester, MA site.

Duties:
~ Reading, writing, and carrying out directions
~ Charting or taking notes for others to review
~ Providing companionship and supportive listening
~ Reporting changes in the health or status of the client
~ Feeding clients
~ Maintaining patient's health equipment
~ Responding to emergency situations
~ Administering medication
~ Transporting client to appointments
~ Facilitating community and recreational outings, including transport
~ Providing support with hobbies, studies, and social activities

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
