Job Description

 
Team Builder Reports to: Program Director Responsible for researching, planning and implementing programmed physical activities for individuals or groups. They plan, organize and direct the operations of sports and fitness programs, activities and services. Strong group teaching skills are required. These duties include but are not limited to the following: -Number one priority is guest safety. -Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture -Set clear team goals -Excellent presentation and communication skills are essential. -Ability to motivate and engage with a large group of people. -Encourage creativity and risk-taking -Assist Trainers in classes as needed -Ability to multi-task -Outgoing yet firm personality -Organized and well spoken -Strong willed yet compassionate personality -Experience in customer service, strong interpersonal skills and communication ability is mandatory. -Other duties as assigned Job Requirements: -Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor -Personal Trainer certification a plus -Group Exercise Experience a plus -Management or training in team leading a plus -Maintain current CPR/AED and First Aid Certification from nationally recognized organization -NYS Driver's License Salary is $20-$25/hour, depending on experience.
